Support HCAP

The College for Health, Community and Policy (HCAP) has created an opportunity unlike anything in the nation. HCAP was launched following a two-year planning process with eight departments and one program. The departments from the former College for Public Policy – Criminology and Criminal Justice, Demography, Public Administration and Social Work – joined the Departments of Psychology and Sociology (historically located in the College of Liberal and Fine Arts) and the Departments of Kinesiology and Public Health (from the College of Education and Human Development), along with the Nutrition and Registered Dietetics program. In September 2020, we came together, and now we are officially the largest College on campus, with 20% of the student body pursuing a degree within one of these programs.
