Welcome to the Department of Kinesiology. We offer academic programs, professional training and research opportunities for students interested in body movement, performance and function and their impact on human health.

Undergraduates interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology can choose between five concentrations: athletic training; exercise science; rehabilitation science; physical education; and strength and conditioning. The department also offers an undergraduate certificate in athletic coaching.

At the graduate level, we offer a master’s degree in kinesiology that is designed for students who seek advanced skills and professional development or who wish to pursue a research career.
