Recruiting master’s and PhD students for the upcoming semester.Research Interests
- Non-cognitive individual differences: I study personality, social-emotional skills, and other individual differences that shape behavior and outcomes in applied settings.
- Personnel selection and assessment: I examine how assessments can be designed and validated to support fair and effective personnel selection.
- Research methods: I develop and use psychometric and quantitative methods to improve measurement, validity, and research conclusions.
