The purpose of the HCAP Peer Mentoring program is to support students in the College for Health, Community and Policy who need additional assistance meeting their academic goals.
HCAP Peer Mentors are successful students who serve as role models for the college’s undergraduate students. They are expected to maintain a minimum of 3.0 GPA and good standing in the university. HCAP Peer Mentors will provide guidance and encouragement to their assigned students by creating opportunities for skill building, fostering a sense of community and belonging, and sharing campus and community resources to enhance students’ HCAP experience.
Now you can request a meeting with a Peer Mentor for any of your specific needs!
