Description

Curious about how computers can help us explore literature and other texts? This beginner-friendly workshop introduces cultural text analytics using R as a digital tool.

Participants will learn how to work with literary texts using simple computational methods such as word frequency analysis, text cleaning, visualization, and thematic exploration. No prior coding or R experience is required. By the end of the workshop, participants will understand how text analysis can support research in literature, history, cultural studies, and digital humanities.

This workshop is designed for beginners who are interested in exploring new ways to analyze and interpret texts using digital tools.
