Jerry Greeson Jerry Greeson has served as an athletic trainer for the state of Texas for approximately four decades. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Greeson joined the University of Texas at San Antonio after working in a successful high school program.

When Greeson joined UTSA in 1988, his role was defined as an athletic trainer for women's basketball and as an administrator.
