Mental health and wellbeing are critically important to the success of the higher education workplace. However, many in academia- faculty, staff, and students alike- experience stress, fatigue, reduced motivation, difficulty concentrating, and burnout. This 3-part workshop series featuring nationally-renowned speaker Kyle Davies of Wales, UK, will help individuals to gain a deeper understanding of their own innate resiliencies and ability to access their ‘flow’- presence, peace, and feelings of wellbeing regardless of circumstances. Resiliency-building in this manner translates to greater motivation and insight to change workplace culture and to handle large workloads effectively and with greater ease.
Kyle Davies is a chartered occupational psychologist, executive coach, therapist, author, and trainer. Working with both individuals and organizations, he specializes in optimizing personal resilience, mental clarity, wellbeing, motivation, creativity, and leadership.
